By booking our tour, you (and any others you book for) agree:
- To cooperate fully with the guide/Ruby Dot Trails and to diligently comply with all safety instructions;
- That you retain sole responsibility for your personal safety;
- Not to hold Ruby Dot Trails, its staff, or any other relevant authorised agents and suppliers responsible for any damage, loss, injury, illness, accident or delay that may occur during the tour.
Our cancellation policy
- If we receive your cancellation notice 24 hours or more before the tour start time (Singapore time), you will receive a full refund.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time (Singapore time), or for 'no shows' on the date itself.
